1. What products do you sell?
We sell high-quality smoking accessories, including our flagship product, the BroCloud Dry Herb Vaporizer (currently available for pre-order), along with other smoking essentials.
2. When will the BroCloud vaporizer be shipped?
The BroCloud Vaporizer is available for pre-order and is expected to be shipped on March 25th.
Shipping & Delivery
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 6-9 business days
- Europe: 5-8 business days
- International: 6-10 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Cancellations
4. What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing any parts, we will send a replacement or issue a refund accordingly. Please contact our support team with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
5. Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes! You can cancel your BroCloud Vaporizer pre-order anytime before it ships. Once it has shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
Warranty & Support
6. Does the BroCloud vaporizer come with a warranty?
Yes! The BroCloud Vaporizer comes with a 2-year warranty. If you experience any issues, contact our support team for assistance.
That being said we do not offer full refunds to customers who may be disappointed with the BroClouds performance when comparing it to top tier 150-300$ vaporizers. The purpose of the BroCloud is to offer a healthier and cost effective alternative to smoking, providing a less harmful experience to people who do not have over a 100$ to spend on a dry herb vaporizer.
We do however of course offer refunds to customers whose product arrived damaged or broken and can not use the device as intended.
Please keep that in mind when purchasing the BroCloud.
